Dishwasher

Full-time - $9.05

Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean eating utensils, china, pots, pans, glassware,

etc. according to sanitation and safety regulations. Must be able to handle and lift objects up to

40lbs. Perform various cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen.

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

·  Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.

·  Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area.

·  Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before

entering.

·  Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.

·  Replace Dirty linens and terry with clean items.

·  Make beds and fold terry.

·  Clean bathroom, remove trash, dirty linen and room service items.

·  Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order.

·  Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances.

·  Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings.

·  Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallway.

·  Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

·  Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.

·  Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without

assistance.

·  Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.

Position consists of general building maintenance.  Must be available to work evenings and weekends.  Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record to be considered for the position.  Heavy lifting is required.

Summary Concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, supplies in warehouse, by

performing the following duties.

·  Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service to internal customers.

·  Ensures that all inventory activity is kept in compliance with current Alcoholic Beverage

Control/Board of Health regulations.

·  Maintain file documentation and accurate record keeping.

·  Ensures the safety of all Tri-State assets at the warehouse.

·  Inspects and accounts for outgoing material.

·  Verifies against order for correctness and condition.

·  Verifies correctness of orders with receiving outlet and obtains authorized signature on

Warehouse transfer receipt.

·  Assists in taking inventory of all materials.

·  Obtains required signatures on receipts and bills of lading and maintains required reports and

records.

·  Keeps Warehouse areas clean and orderly.

·  Interacts with internal and external customers throughout the casino and the warehouse.

·  Responsibilities include leading the greyhounds out to their starting box, performing daily weigh

ins and escorting the greyhounds to their assigned kennel area.

Summary Serves meals to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following

duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Obtains the food/beverage when prepared, delivers to respective guest, and then moves on to service another table. Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired. Completes all established set-ups in a timely manner. Sets, cleans and resets tables. Responsible for maintaining all established service standards. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with city and state health department codes. Relays any guest compliments and complaints to the management.Responsible for providing excellence in service. Previous experience in a fine dining setting strongly preferred.

Summary Assist department managers and office staff with all aspects of Slot Accounting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Summary Service and repair of slot/video gaming machines and parts to ensure that they remain in working order.

Surveillance Operator

Full-time Position:  Pay Range –                        

Level 1 - $12.50 to $15.00 per hour based on experience

Level 2 - $10.00 per hour; $10.60 per hour after 90-days

Description of Duties:

• Must be vigilant in observing all areas of the casino and report all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Must be diligent in monitoring all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations.
• Must maintain up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Observe and report all violations of department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy.
• Maintain up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.

Work Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 to 3 year of surveillance experience in Table Games and Class Three Gaming.
• Must be able to pass Surveillance Skills Test at 85%
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• High speed typing ability.
• Ability to work in a high stress environment.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports.
• Good eye-to-hand coordination.

• Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Summary

• Under the supervision of the Casino Pit Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, implements policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations within assigned pit in accordance with WV Lottery Commission’s procedures and internal controls of gaming enterprise.

• Must adhere to Racing Corporation of WV’s Policies and Procedures.
• Supervises dealers and oversees and directs them in the operation and conduct of games.
• Ensures compliance with WV Lottery Commission regulations and the company’s objectives, procedures and internal controls.
• Assures dealer performance is in accordance with WVLC procedures and attendant regulations, WVLC internal controls and the rules and procedures of the game.
• Evaluate assigned dealers on a daily basis.
• Initiates and/or recommends disciplinary action for dealer infractions or policy violations occurring within the pit.
• Ensures assigned games are properly and sufficiently equipped.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. 

 RequirementsA shift change is almost certain. Successful candidates must be able to change current shift, days off and/or time starts.
 

Education and/or Experience                                           

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be proficient in dealing a minimum of the following games, Blackjack and Novelty, plus two other Primary Games (Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and Pai-Gow.)
• Must be able to obtain WV state license.
• Audition may be required to verify proficiency.  An interview will be required. 

Mathematical Skills                                                 

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
